This program covers all the essential aspects of yoga anatomy and philosophy, preparing you to create your own studio or work as a yoga instructor at top yoga centers and institutions. Accredited and recognized by Yoga Alliance, this 200 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training Course from BGIYAN can serve as a solid foundation for a successful yoga career. The course can be completed in two months, leading to an internationally recognized certification as a yoga trainer.
During this course, you will learn traditional Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga as well as advanced techniques in meditation, relaxation, and pranayama. Additionally, you will receive instruction in anatomy, physiology, and systematic teaching methodology from senior yoga experts. The RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training program has been designed to deepen your understanding and knowledge of yoga, allowing you to become a confident, skillful, and competent yoga instructor.
You will also receive Yoga Retreats with travel assistance in India, and Convocation Ceremony will be held in Rishikesh, India during the last week of the course.

- Asana: Learning about the different yoga postures, including their benefits, alignment, modifications, and variations.
- Pranayama: Understanding and practicing different breathing techniques to enhance the flow of prana or life force energy.
- Meditation and Relaxation: Learning and practicing different techniques for calming the mind and relaxing the body.
- Teaching Methodology: Understanding the art of teaching yoga, including sequencing, cueing, adjustments, and modifications.
