Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

The following is a suggested route, not a confirmed departure schedule. Overnight locations and the number of travel days may change with weather, temple dates, transport availability and group requirements.

Day 1: Travel from origin city to Uttarakhand gateway

Arrange flight, train or road connection from the named departure city to Delhi, Dehradun, Haridwar or Rishikesh; this is separately quoted.

Day 2: Arrival and transfer to Barkot

Meet at the agreed Uttarakhand gateway, check vehicle and hotel details, and travel towards Barkot. Overnight in the Barkot area.

Day 3: Yamunotri pilgrimage

Drive to Janki Chatti, continue on the permitted route to Yamunotri and return to Barkot for the night. Walking or authorised assistance is arranged separately.

Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi

Travel through the hills to Uttarkashi. Time permitting, visit a local temple. Overnight in Uttarkashi.

Day 5: Gangotri darshan

Travel along the Bhagirathi valley to Gangotri, subject to road and temple access, and return to Uttarkashi.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi region

Continue towards Guptkashi, Phata or Sitapur with breaks. Overnight near the Kedarnath access route.

Day 7: Kedarnath ascent

Proceed via Sonprayag and Gaurikund under current local transport rules; trek or use separately booked authorised assistance to Kedarnath. Overnight subject to accommodation availability.

Day 8: Kedarnath descent

Complete darshan if pending, descend safely and return to the base area. Allow buffer time for weather and crowd management.

Day 9: Transfer towards Badrinath

Drive via the Joshimath region towards Badrinath. Check road restrictions and reach the overnight stop.

Day 10: Badrinath darshan and return leg

Visit Badrinath Temple subject to access. Optional Mana-area sightseeing may be possible before travelling towards Pipalkoti or Rudraprayag.

Day 11: Return to gateway

Drive back to the confirmed drop-off city. Arrival time depends on mountain road and weather conditions.

Day 12: Return to origin city

Connect from the gateway to the origin city by the confirmed transport arrangement.
