Detailed Day-wise Itinerary

The following is a suggested route, not a confirmed departure schedule. Overnight locations and the number of travel days may change with weather, temple dates, transport availability and group requirements.

Day 1: Gateway to Uttarkashi

Travel to Uttarkashi and stay overnight.

Day 2: Gangotri pilgrimage

Drive along the Bhagirathi valley to Gangotri and return to Uttarkashi after darshan.

Day 3: Return transfer

Drive back to the confirmed gateway city.

Accommodation and Transport

Choose a standard or upgraded hotel category and an appropriately sized private vehicle, subject to availability. Share traveller count, room-sharing preferences, accessibility requirements and pickup/drop-off locations. No particular hotel, vehicle model or meal plan is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Pricing and Booking

Price on request. Your quotation will specify the per-person or group price, hotel category, meals, vehicle, pickup and drop-off, included services, taxes where applicable and payment schedule. Helicopter, pony, palki, porter, rail and flight services are not included unless explicitly quoted.

Travel Preparation

Carry government identification, required registration details, warm layers, waterproof clothing, comfortable walking shoes and prescribed medication. Temple opening dates, registrations, road controls and trekking arrangements should be checked before travel. Seek medical advice before strenuous high-altitude travel if relevant.

Cancellation and Booking Conditions

Cancellation charges, refund eligibility, advance payment and changes due to weather or road closures will be communicated in the written quotation before payment. No fixed cancellation percentage or guaranteed refund is represented here.
